H. Res. 1621 does what we should do in recognizing really great organizations for the work they do. Catholic Charities for 100 years has represented the best in charity, not as the name might suggest as Catholics or for Catholics, but Catholic Charities are people helping people regardless of their religion around this country. So I join with the majority in urging support for H. Res. 1621. I reserve the balance of my time.
