We are in, Mr. Weiss is in the midst of an ongoing prosecution on the very matter that you are talking about.
I doubt very much they would have said, yes, that is pretty much what we want.
Just because they are a bad student doesn't mean that the copyrighted material shouldn't be paid for, does it?
