Let me be clear. Giving large sums of money directly to the Afghan Government is no substitute; it is not a legitimate withdrawal strategy.

Should the taxpayers continue to fund a foreign government that has a history of misusing that funding?

I urge President Obama and his administration to reconsider and re-prioritize our strategy in what we seek to accomplish.
