Can you do that even though, in fact, you probably would be increasing stockholder value here, and Treasury may not like it because they may have to admit that what they did was--well the term is urinate I guess--we don't say the other word anymore--a whole bunch of the taxpayers' dollars into foreign banks and other corporations that have slid right out of your company.
