Well, you know, it is funny you mention Europe, because we will be going to France to visit the nuclear reprocessing facility that allows France to have all its entire base load coming from nuclear with zero emissions, because they are willing to use a source of fuel that costs less than 6 cents a kilowatt hour after all the costs of disposal.
