The gentleman is right. And I would take note that this afternoon the IRS did offer to speak to us over the phone but had no answers in writing, which continues to befuddle me a little bit that we can't get answers. I will continue to work with the ranking member to get those answers. At this time, I yield 5 minutes to the author of the bill, the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Chaffetz).

It is a bunch of nonsense. The criminals, we hear them saying, we cannot go into Riverside County with drugs because they prosecute people there.
We will need a mass deportation. The priority, of course, should be criminal aliens.
