“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Page 62, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 609. Of the funds made available by this Act for carrying out section 1703 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16513), the amount of funds made available by the Secretary to carry out projects described in subsection (b)(5) of that section shall not exceed the amount of funds made available by the Secretary to carry out projects described in subsection (b)(4) that use coolants different from those commercial technologies that are in service at the time the guarantee is issued.”
