I hope some of you have noticed that there is something in this country besides the government and the taxpayers. We have got foundations. We have got universities. We have not-for-profit and for-profit people who do things like this. Ted Turner, for example, just worked and restored so much film that has preserved this part of our history, not one cent of government money. But if the government as going it, I can tell you, it would have cost a lot more money, and it would have cost the taxpayers more. Let us leave this up to the private sector where it can be done without fleecing the taxpayer.
