Right where Florida is they stop drilling, and now the Cubans basically--you know, the pool of oil doesn't just, like, oh, it is Cuba--we got to stop, and they are going to basically stick a straw in there and they are going to take Florida oil and they are able to drill out there and get it, and so that doesn't stop Cuba from drilling but that still--in this country Florida is not drilling and Cuba will.
