Obviously we would like to be fair to all Americans, and that is not what this bill is all about, if we prevent nonwealthy Americans from raising the funds they need to deter these attacks on wealthy citizens trying to steal these elections for themselves. Let us make sure we open up the system, make sure there is more money available to all candidates, not just to the rich.
