So we keep hearing that this is about trolls. And we just heard about a problem that is being described, and it is a big problem, where you have got people coming into a retailer and suggesting that they were going to sue them for using a piece of technology that the retailer is not really fully aware of. Okay, how is taking away the rights of every American inventor through judicial review of what the Patent Office has done to accept or reject his patent, how does that affect the trolls? It affects the so-called trolls not at all. But I tell you what it does, it means that we have taken away a right of every inventor. The CHAIR. The time of the gentleman has expired.
