As we just listened to our colleagues from the other side of the aisle talking about some of their observations of what has happened with the treaty with Mexico and some of the other economic dealings that we have seen in recent years, it is clear that there is an elite in the U.S. Government and in the United States and in our financial institutions who are not loyal to the interests of the people of the United States. This lack of loyalty perhaps is due to the fact that they have a vision for a better world. They are trying to create a global economy and, thus, they are willing to sacrifice the interests of the American people. They are willing to sacrifice the standard of living, the freedom and the prosperity, and actually the national security of our country in order to build this more perfect world and a global economy. I think that this has manifested itself in NAFTA and some of these other things, the GATT.
