“That is correct. I should say, if you are not getting people mad at you, perhaps you are not doing your job if you are a Congressman. But sometimes, I have to admit, Bob lost his temper. But I will say this about Bob, and he does not like it when I say this, he has a temper; but you can see through the temper and you know that he has, he had and has, a wonderful heart.
