We want to stop Putin from disrupting Europe, imposing authoritarianism at home, invading neighboring countries, tearing up Ukraine.

I certainly think--don't think there should be corruption in these societies.

I guess we have to look closer to home to find gerrymandering, don't we? Not very far.
