“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle B of title XII of division A of the bill, add the following: SEC. 12XX. PROHIBITION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR ASSISTANCE FOR PAKISTAN. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, none of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act may be used to provide assistance for Pakistan. The Acting CHAIR.
