Obviously, the Constitution has not worked to create a better Afghanistan, because we are talking about sending more troops into Afghanistan...

The American people have every right to be concerned when we are talking about putting more troops into Afghanistan.

I would hope that we are going to be doing things differently to achieve a different outcome.

Let us not do it in a way that radical Islamic terrorists will take over governments that are flawed.
