we should be changing the policy so that this doesn't happen like this again.

Shame on them. Shame on them, and I would hope that, Mr. Chairman, that they're listening right now.

The way I handle this as chairman I usually let people finish their train of thought.

Can we still afford to do that and why should we do that if they already have a democratically elected government?
