Well let's see if we can do that. That's an avenue--we shouldn't just look at scientific basic research as simply it's going to be part of the federal bureaucratic programs that we--let's see if we can make things more efficient by making sure that the people in the private sector who profit from what you're doing are maybe paying a little higher share, but also, that will encourage them to be doing research as well.
