I would compliment my colleague from Oklahoma [Mr. Coburn]. While a short time here, he has become a champion of the taxpayers and watching for these little things that might sneak by the rest of us, and we really appreciate his diligence on this issue and other issues, I might add as well.

Our Government and, hence, the American people are over $1 trillion--that's $21 trillion--in debt.
We need to now show in the age that we are in exactly how this is going to have an impact--positive impact on the United States because we are borrowing that money from our grandchildren.
But the people--the Uyghurs and the people of China should get the message that we are willing.
I mean, Ukraine, we've spent $1 billion in Ukraine, I guess, in the last couple years and everybody acknowledges the level of corruption there is just dramatic.
