Jerry's business-like approaches and pleasant smile have always been a positive factor in getting things done. Unlike so many of us, Jerry likes to listen as much as he likes to talk. This unique characteristic actually enabled him to disagree in a very agreeable way. In short, even those of us who do not agree on particular issues, respect and like Jerry Costello.
