I agree with the gentleman's assessment. Out of respect for the judgment of the chairman and his desire to make sure that the full interim report that the Congress has on this issue is studied and that the Defense Department finishes that report, I am willing to withdraw my amendment, but I agree with the points that you've made. I have great respect for the chairman and his care and concern about the safety of our country. I would, at this point, ask unanimous consent to withdraw my amendment. The Acting CHAIR.
