I understand you're not making a profit on this project now, and I think that is a factor that is going to try to influence people to try to make the right decisions.

I would suggest they're probably coming from China.

Shame on them. Shame on them, and I would hope that, Mr. Chairman, that they're listening right now.

But the people--the Uyghurs and the people of China should get the message that we are willing.
