I will vote for impeachment because the President is guilty of perjury and lying under oath, and lying to a grand jury, and all the rest. Impeachment is another way of reaffirming certain standards and principles. America today is in dire need of reaffirmation of a commitment to truth, justice, and to fundamental human decency. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in support of all four articles of impeachment against the President of the United States.
