I think we have the answer to this question in that inflation is considerably higher in the eurozone than it is in the United States today, and it is very hard to say that Joe Biden is responsible for inflation in Germany.

What we need is for our banks to able to have a portion of their loans, a portfolio with some risk of default and some risk of loss.
