I would point out that many of us on this committee urged that we arm Ukraine before February 2022.

It has taken them over a decade to come up with a rule defining who would be subject to some future rule.

I predict someone will introduce a resolution of disapproval and I invite members of this committee who have worked with us to prevent nuclear weapons in the Middle East, from non-democratic countries, to join in that effort.
