What have we done to make it clear to Maliki that he has to put back the T-WALLs and provide the defense or will he keep the people there subject to attack and then disclaim any responsibility when they are, in fact, attacked?

The State Department has issued a statement saying, well, the Iraqi Government had nothing to do with it, which to me is an incredible indictment.

if the event occurs Congress is going to pass the supplemental appropriations bill.
If you don't escalate sanctions through the passage of that Senate bill, then greed will override fear.
Our sanctions program for the last 3 years is one of the very few things that our Federal Government is doing that works.
I want to commend the State Department for classifying both Boko Haram and Ansaru as terrorist organizations.
