To the now Congressman Bilirakis, you honor your father with your work on the committee and your advocacy, and we look forward to many years of that. And, of course, Mr. Speaker, this is not an obituary. Mike Bilirakis is very much alive and working for veterans still. His work on the Commission for the Future of America's Veterans is important. It's going to be very timely. It's going to be significant. And I hope we all listen to what he says in his new role on that commission. And, Michael, if you're watching, I don't always meet your ideal of civility, but I remember your teaching. I remember your example every day.
