Mr. Speaker, H.R. 3673 is a good bill, and I particularly want to express my strong support for the education and employment-related provisions contained in title II of this measure. I do want to say, however, that I am particularly pleased that this bill includes the reauthorization of the Homeless Veterans Reintegration project. Under this very successful program, which is administered by the Veterans' Employment and Training Service in the Department of Labor, thousands of homeless veterans have been placed in permanent, substantial jobs. I urge my colleagues to support H.R. 3673.
