Judge Koh's nomination is historic. If confirmed, she would be the first Korean-American in United States history to serve as a Federal District Court Judge.

If she's confirmed, she will be the first Korean-American woman to be a Federal judge in the entire country.

Lucy Koh is very well-respected by her colleagues in the California legal community and she'll make an outstanding addition to the Federal bench.
