To President Putin, I say you started this war. You`re leading this war. You can stop this war.

There is some people that are extreme. But there's no reason to villainize anybody.

This is not the war to defend Russia that your grandfather or great grandfathers fought. This is an illegal war. Your lives, your limbs, your futures have been sacrificed for senseless war condemned by the entire world.

I would love to run for president. I would love to have the opportunity to do that and to show America that we can come together, and to do the kind of things that Ronald Reagan did.
