The fact that government is growing and taking more and more and with such increases, such as we saw in 1993 with the gas tax, and the other increases for many other programs here in Washington, DC. This place represents Washington values and not the values of American families. But that is right. One hundred twenty-eight days, the average working man and woman work to pay for taxes at all levels of government. It is pretty amazing.
