I was proud to support the Inflation Reduction Act and the bipartisan infrastructure law last Congress which are making critical investments to combat the climate crisis.

Communities of Color, Indigenous Communities, Low-Income Communities, and Immigrant Communities are more likely to be located in climate-risk prone areas.

I, along with many of my fellow Senators on this Committee and throughout the Senate, believe that it's important for our Federal judiciary to better reflect and understand the America that it serves.
