Like most of my colleagues, I was shocked to learn the news that a draft decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health had leaked from the Supreme Court.

We know that being a border State is helpful to our economy. We understand that immigrants make us stronger.

It's clear today that the American people do share a crisis of confidence in the Supreme Court.
