The House's FAA reauthorization... increases FAA hiring targets for air traffic controllers, sets up workforce development programs to improve recruitment and retention.

Their message to Congress, is additional resources cannot come quickly enough.

The controller workforce plan that they have presented to you this year actually reduces our numbers.
