Mark Pryor is an American politician who served as a United States Senator from Arkansas from 2003 to 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, he focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure during his tenure. Pryor was known for his moderate stance and worked across party lines on various legislative initiatives. He was re-elected in 2008 but lost his bid for a third term in 2014, marking the end of his Senate career.

I think Senator Rockefeller has introduced a bill, which I believe you're a cosponsor of, which also points to another part of the take-rate problem.
I think that's what the public wants and I'd have to commend PHMSA for doing it, even though it's at the expense of the pipeline industry.
Do you know what the rule or law is with PHMSA in terms of when someone can leave the agency and go to work for a company that has business before the agency?
I think PHMSA is aggressive in their audits and in their enforcement practices.
But, I've noticed that there are a lot of--seems like, in recent years--more private foundations and patient groups who are pushing very hard to get certain things through the approval process.
From a consumer's point of view, this is a massive mistake, but DOT has drunk the airline Kool Aid over the objections of Justice.
Have you heard or been party to any conversations at BP about the possibility that BP might have to declare bankruptcy as a result of this spill?
