Mark Pryor is an American politician who served as a United States Senator from Arkansas from 2003 to 2015. Does BP have any plans to either compensate or at least consider compensating cities, counties and parishes, school districts, etc., for loss of tax revenue?
Are there any legal reasons that you are aware of why people would, by virtue of getting a claim, under any law, State law or whatever the case may be, that they might be forgoing their right to sue if they decide to later?
But apparently there is a lot of frustration with that, and it sounds to me like the system that Homeland Security has in place or the system that these plans put in place is not working very well.
To the best of your knowledge, is BP balking at anything right now in terms of are they balking at paying for things or doing things?
I tell you what, I am going to go ahead and turn it over to Senator Ensign and let him ask some questions.
I think it is hard to know if the plan is going to work unless you know how much oil is there.
You mentioned that you have put out X number of feet--I have forgotten what you said--of boom out there.
I have been watching BP's stock, and I notice it is not going in a positive direction right now.
