So how do they provide documentation online?

Does BP have any plans to either compensate or at least consider compensating cities, counties and parishes, school districts, etc., for loss of tax revenue?

Are there any legal reasons that you are aware of why people would, by virtue of getting a claim, under any law, State law or whatever the case may be, that they might be forgoing their right to sue if they decide to later?

But apparently there is a lot of frustration with that, and it sounds to me like the system that Homeland Security has in place or the system that these plans put in place is not working very well.

I think it is hard to know if the plan is going to work unless you know how much oil is there.

I have been watching BP's stock, and I notice it is not going in a positive direction right now.

90 days is a long time in this circumstance.

So it is not completely paperless or completely online.

And do you know if BP has any insurance to cover these type of payments?
