I think the bigger story in terms of U.S.-Cuba relations is it is a chance for Cuba to be more exposed to U.S. values and U.S. ways of doing business and U.S. freedoms.

I am encouraged by recent steps to reform the U.S.-Cuba relationship. Boosting our commercial ties would have significant benefits for both of our economies.
