I appreciate that, but you must also appreciate that we have constituents who are not only interested in getting the money back that they lost, but they are interested in making sure that if something was done wrong, those who did it are brought to account in some form or fashion.

Somehow we have got to figure out a better way, because at the most important time in this person's life, when they are crying out for help, it should be a simple, straight-forward pathway to access that help.
