I would be very anxious--the danger was for the Chairman of the full Committee to put a former mayor as Chairman of this Subcommittee, because I lived this for many years.

They can just push right out the door.

I just have an additional question on the utility one, and then I have just a thought on snow, and I am going to then move down.

We actually have a bill that I have introduced--the President has taken it up in one of his packages--on mental health first aid for, basically, individuals within educational environments.

I would say that I think we have an obligation, as a committee, as whatever that seasons are done, that this industry do report to us on what is happening with their Bill of Rights, and are they employing them correctly?

We want correct advertising. So, if someone sees this Bill of Rights, they know the detail is wherever it is.

zero is the goal. No one questions that.

But, 2 months on a new rule that they jumped on--and I give them credit. Now, it's not perfect, and I think you guys have acknowledged that, and there's some more room, here.
