I first want to thank you not only for making the long haul back here, but for your testimony and for your commitment to work with us to address the issues that have been discussed here today.

I have great respect for Governor Parnell. He has shown a deep commitment to addressing alcohol and drug abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assaults in Alaska.

It would allow the Tribal courts to issue an order of protection and enforce an order of protection.

Well, I appreciate the engagement. I think it is going to be important.

Complicated jurisdictional issues should really not get in the way of providing basic, needed, and common sense solutions in the villages.

We would also like to thank Senator Murkowski for the leadership role she has taken in women's issues, her attempt to find solutions to domestic violence, and her advocacy on ending the sex-trade practices in Alaska.

I am assuming that you clearly believe that that will improve the safety of Tribal members.

I have been hearing some good things about DOJ's implementation of the Coordinated Tribal Assistance Program.

I expressed my concerns about that.

It is well past time that we make it a national priority.

I look forward to that. Thank you.

I applaud you for your initiative there.

We cannot leave our villages behind. We cannot leave our communities in fear.

These are our friends. They are our neighbors. They are family members.

The concern that you have with current law, is that Tribes are precluded from prosecuting non-Indian offenders in the criminal cases.

Is that a new area, the grants towards women and sex trafficking?

Domestic supply/demand conditions will prevail given the relative size of the likely export market verses the huge and growing domestic market.

I think the words that you used were, 'deep confidence.'

But you can go back and forth in terms of a review process. The procedure that you have in place allows for that.

Is it accurate that the licenses for LNG export are focused or concerned with dry gas as opposed to the natural gas liquids that are used for feed stock?

Do you consider that Alaska's resource base and its geography place it in a unique position in terms of possible export options?

We had some, hopefully, what we consider to be good news this past weekend.

Our proper course won't be sweeping legislation or layers of new regulation.

What do we do with all of our natural gas?
