So it is not partisan. The concern is federalism and the law. It is not the environment. We all want a clean environment.

I think it is an opportunity, a rare one, to be honest, where you have the legislative branch supporting the executive branch on a major foreign policy strategy.

Alaska sits in a critical strategic location, and is the crucible where NORTHCOM, EUCOM, and PACOM all intersect.

Are you concerned about recent unprofessional behavior by both the Chinese and Russian aircrafts during intercepts in international airspace?

Can I get your commitment to take a very serious look--when you are making the OCONUS decision, to take a look at Bill Mitchell's place that he called the most strategic place in the world as part of that?

Given the President's budget, given the force levels of the Army would put the Army at, 'high military risk.'

I think that they have been doing a very good job in terms of their selection of their top military generals.

General Robinson, do you have any recommendations to improve advocacy of the Arctic within DOD?

General Robinson, does it not hurt NORTHCOM's advocacy effort that NORTHCOM has neither the threat in the region, nor the operational control of the forces to respond to that threat?

Yes, I concur with General Milley that a 450K AC Army (980K Total Army) will leave our Nation with high military risk.

I support GEN Milley's decision, and I will work with the Department of Defense to ensure we maintain full spectrum capabilities.

I think some people need a little education on that issue.
