So the majority of the State, again, a State with more veterans per capita than any other State, we actually do not have a veteran cemetery.

It should not be. We have talked to you guys before, the military folks.

Again, I mean, we are very happy about Metlakatla, but that one does not really count as a statewide one.

My State has more vets per capita than any State in the country, so these are really important issues to my constituents.

I understand you want to help maintain the ones you have. That makes total sense.

We are in the midst of a very heartbreaking spike in mental health challenges among our military members.

I wanted to work with you and your team on how the VA formula can be reevaluated to better reflect some of the realities on the ground.
