Wes Streeting: “I think it is both inaccurate and irresponsible to suggest that Scotland’s coast is undefended.”

RAF Typhoons will fly defensive air missions to help protect Saudi airspace from drones and missiles.

It is simply irresponsible, not to mention inaccurate, to suggest that the UK is incapable of defending the Falkland Islands.

These aircraft will operate in a defensive role and will not conduct offensive strikes against the Houthis.

The continuing attacks from the Houthis on our ally Saudi Arabia are absolutely despicable.
