I said as soon as I came in that we would fully fund the defence investment plan. I’ve spent a lot of time on that and it will be fully funded.

I will use this job to build the kind of Britain my dad wanted to see – and fight with everything I've got to keep it together.
I will adjust the triple lock on the state pension to help pay for a new national care service.
I would be pragmatic in relation to North Sea oil and gas amid looming decisions on Jackdaw and Rosebank as we build a bridge to a clean energy future as we confront the climate crisis.
We will all have failed in our public duties if we carry on as we are and open the door of No 10 to a divisive government on less than 30% of the vote or less.
But this change will generate significant savings which we will use to build up our national care service.
The state pension will continue to rise every year at least by prices or 2.5%. And it will hold its value relative to earnings over time so that pensioners will always share in the rising prosperity of the nation.
We're looking at any measure that can give people breathing space, that can take the pressure off.
So there are clearly options that need to be considered, and we have to look at what is doable and what would be the pros and cons of each.
We could stay as we are. That's definitely an option, if people think this is the right place to stay.
I will scrap the state pensions triple lock by 2030 to fund major changes to the social care system.
We will not give Britain the clear path we need into the rest of this century until we decide on a long-term relationship with what is still our largest market.
I now want to make a direct appeal to you, if you agree with enough of what I've said, get behind this plan and get behind each other.
