I want to make it absolutely clear, at least for myself and I believe most of my colleagues on this side, that is not the case.

But we certainly have tax-cut our way into it. And the deficits that have been created by the Trump tax cuts are unprecedented in our nation's history.

So if we want to be an average country, we are doing just fine.

These are real numbers that you can't dispute.
