I am reintroducing my bipartisan bill, Increasing Transparency in Generic Drug Applications Act of 2022.

I have a bill with Henry Cuellar of Laredo. It is a bipartisan bill to repeal the ban on physician-owned hospitals.

I don't think Executive orders are the way to go, I think we should do it legislatively.
