I urge the members of the subcommittee to continue your strong record of bipartisan support by increasing funding for the Department of Homeland Security's Nonprofit Security Grant Program in fiscal year 2025.

So Russia's illegal invasion and ongoing aggression in Ukraine is the most significant threat to our rules-based international order in decades and Iran is the world's leading sponsor of terrorism.

It is a shame that this disaster finally brought a recognition that that kind of education is necessary.
