Reforming VA health care cannot be achieved by dismantling it or by preventing veterans from receiving the specialized care and services that can be received only from VA.

The G.I. Bill is a very important part of the fabric of this country and we have got to make sure we keep it robust and with great integrity.

We need to overhaul the system. We need a new system as the doctor brought up.

I will put veterans at the center of everything that we do at VA.
