We are not going to agree on everything. No people do. Differences of opinion are what make the country go.
I do not fight for my State, and I do not fight for funds for higher education in Indian country, to see it become concentrated in one place under some quirk of a rule of titles.

We are looking at the overall funding. And, of course, we do not know what is going to finally come out of the budget.
I do not believe it serves the issue very well or this country very well just to stop talks on the international level on what we can do and should do.
