I will guarantee you, if you walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, or any other street in this town, and you ask 20 people what 'net neutrality' is or means, you will get 20 different answers.
I know how contagious it can be whenever -- whenever everybody gets together.
I am very concerned about this. You have proposed an elimination of that program administered by the BLM.
I really meant it when I said that nobody really has got a definition for 'net neutrality.'
